Hi,Im Eddie/67 in TORONTO,CANADA.Have you guys tried any of the zinc shampoos,like HEAD and shoulders,selsun blue...My ex had the problem from too much washing,blow drying,and hairspray.I would love to know how it turns out.Eddie/67

She probably has a really dry scalp. Try buying a shampoo and conditioner that says it moisterizes hair and scalp.
tell her not to wash hit as mutch because if she washes it to much it will get dry and itchy
