Nursing home workers - any unusual or funny stories?

When I worked in a nursing home, we had an old gent, who use to pee on anyone who came into his room after 12:00am, we use to send all of our new aide's into his room at midnight, to get "acquainted" with him. ( ha,ha)
Anyone have a home remedy to remove hickies from your neck?

I've seen the workers in various homes and most are careless selfish human beings. They don't care about the people they are taking care of at all. They are cold hearted individuals. I've witnessed many inhumane acts done to the poor defenseless aging people stuck in these homes. Some old people are down right mean, others unresponsive, more are just unable to stand for their own rights anymore, either instance, they deserve to be treated as human beings not a group of defenseless people. My mother has worked in nursing homes most of her life. I've seen how after families leave the loved one, the workers wether they be the nurses or nurses aids completely mistreat most of the people in the home. So if you're at all able to take care of a loved one at your own home I'd advise it completely. I've witnessed too many issues that are deplorable.
