Do you know an effective way to fall asleep?
Question:
Answers:
Milk has a natrual enzyme that makes people fall asleep. Turkey has this same enzyme. Sleey time tea works fairly well. White noise such as a fan can help with meditation and putting you in a relaxed state of mind. If all else fails, bendaryl can help very well. Not benadryl allergy but just plain benadryl.

Here are a couple of suggestions: Consider, if you can't sleep, just getting up and working on something. If you are thinking about something deeply, just get up and start taking notes. Sometimes just getting it out of your system will help you. Another is something that has helped me -- sleeping on magnetic bedding. I have a great sleep system that gets me into a deep sleep and keeps me there. It also puts my cats right out! you have to make yourself tired somehow
I have trouble falling asleep and I don't like to take pills. I usually read until I fall asleep. Eventually, your eyes will get tired and you will fall asleep before you realize it. I can't tell you how many times I wake up in the morning with my lamp on and the book underneath me!
you know what I've noticed do you have anything that distract you in your sleeping area like TV or Internet then that's what's holding you back from sleep. don't have anything that will distract your mind. and you might have some luck. good luck though i have the same prob.
Well, think about ur dream which is not so easy to be happend. But you just imagine that it is happening in your commings days, while ur thoughts are flying on it you may fall in to asleep. Reading a book will do the trick or maybe just sitting in a rocking chair for awhile like I do.I have nights that I need to rock to get sleepy enough to sleep.
I have lots of trouble sleeping too. The best thing for me is to listen to an Audio book. It allows you to get involed with the sotry without having to really focus like you would if you were having to sit up and read. Also, the other advantage is you don't need a light!
Climb into bed. Pull up covers. Turn light off. Lay head on pillow. Nitey-nite.
I'm sorry. I don't have that problem. Are you getting enough exercise during the day? Are you really tired when you go to bed? Are you mulling over the day and planning your tomorrow's agenda? Finding a way to block these things from your mind will certainly aid in being able to relax so you can drift off to sleep.
I read something quite unusual.look up Amma.org and see this woman's life and humanitarian ideals and doings. I was a 5 day insomniac.now i sleep each night. You can get Valerian supplements from your local health food store. Or you can try chamomile tea or Tension Tamer tea (made by Celestial Seasonings).
I don't know whether or not you drink coffee or other caffeinated beverages, but you might want to consider reducing your caffeine intake, too.
