Other Answers:
yes microwave, like 1 min, 30 s
Just about 30-45 seconds and then check it. You don't want it hot!
Just warm enough so it doesn't simmer or scald, 30 to 50
secs, but I prefer my warm milk from another cource.
just 30 seconds
Being a milkman I'm the best one to answer this question. If you are using a newer microwave about 1:45 will do. a older one a bit longer..
microwave for 45 seconds to one minute for 1 cup milk. also lettuce is a relaxing food and makes you sleepy if you like salad..or take a hot bath or shower is relaxing

my life experience
heat it in a sauce pan.. measure the heat by dipping ur head in.. if its ok, it wont leave u shouting..
Actually, micro-waving the milk actually inhibits the L-tryptophan that helps you to sleep. The best way to heat the milk is slowly in a pan on the stove.
Also another helpful food to aid sleep is a small bowl of vanilla ice cream. It is soothing and it trips the serotonin in your brain which starts the sleep process.
