I contemplated it briefly, but upon learning more about it, the risks are to high, and the diet is to restricted afterwards. I have no wish to mutilate myself in such a way. I'd rather live a short happy life than a long life of always having to be careful what I eat and drink. I prefer the smaller portions then take a walk approach. I know that in some cases it is medically necessary to save a life, though. Just not in my case.
