dull pain in left side lower rib?

Question: i've been having this dull pain for over 3 months now. The pain is exactly at the same spot and hasnt moved anywhere else on the ribs. The pain is on the left side of the lower rib, if one was in a standing position and his arms realxed on the side, that left side. I have an x-ray scheduled for today and hope for nothing serious. I have tried to search for answers online and the closest i could come to was costochondritis. Im not even sure if that's what i got. The doctors in this part of the world are pretty ignorant and im afraid I would have to tell them out what "might" be the issue.

I would seek professional medical advice at a hospital or doctor in a better neck of the woods. It sound like you could also have a broken rib that is not healing.
