I gained 60lbs during pregnancy. What exercise routine post partum worked best for women out there?

i found that walking 30mins. a day really helped me lose the pounds..

Palaties or yoga. I'm starting yoga and it works! My sister did palaties after she was prego and she said it really worked!

well i gained about that much, i am currently doing situps and thats helping alot, healthy diet and get out and walk walk walk!
cunches are great if most of the weight is in the stomach area but if it is all over the swimming is the best
