The biggest risk would be gynecomastia.But this wouldn't happen with just one dose.Gynecomastia actually can make a man grow excess breast tissue,raise the pitch of his voice(the vocal chords thin) and in extreme cases impotency.
These are the same syptoms that anabolic and androgenic steroid users can experience from the aromatisation of testosterone.Bad idea.If you're thinking about doing it,don't.
