No you probably don't have a virus, i would suggested that if your computer is running slow, you might need a memory upgrade see how many gigs or mbs your running, if that doesn't solved the problem try defraging the computer..., but after you have run a completed virus scan on your computer and it has not detect no virus then I advised you to defrag your computer and from there see if that will improve or make it better...
