Can someone help me out?

Question: I recently bought a dress for Homecoming. Only after did I bought it home and tried it on, I found out that my hip bone is "crooked." On one side of my hips, the bone stuck out a little bit more than the other side. Does anyone know a doctor (chiropractic) in which I can fix this problem? Thanks.
