Is coconut oil good for thyroid problems?

yes,obsolutely.it is very much helpful for the thyroid problems now in us.many of women thyroid patients are being using this for a remedy.they are using coconut oil in their cooking and it helps much to them.it also boosts up ur metabolism so if you insomnea it could also be treated by this.but in the question u didnt mention is it hypo or hyper thyroid problems,as the coconut oil is mainly used for the hypo thyroid problems.

No. Your thyroid produces hormones. Coconut oil does not reduce too much hormone and it does not replace missing hormone. Use it on your hair.I hear it is a good conditioner.
