Does anyone get muscle twitches?

Does anyone get muscle twitches? I get them all of the time, and my hand shakes. I am going to a neurologist, and Im worried. I have been reading and it could be alot of things. Does anyone get like that and its nothing?

yes I get them all the time and have for many years an army doctor told me one of the most common caused is dehydration and I personally have found this to be true

Sure. been having them 60 plus years. Muscle twitches are small involuntary muscle spasms.
Many people get them. Even I get it sometimes, I dont know the cause.However, I am not worried.

Get them in my legs sometimes, maybe because i sit on my crappy computer chair for a long time My brother's fiance's mother has that. She has MS. She keeps it under control through some different herbs. Her husband studied herbology. Once, she had trouble walking even, but now she walks around with a cane just in case she feels weak.
