How did my lips get bigger than last year?

I'm a latina,so I got plumb lips already.They are not small at all but they are not really big.I thought as you age your lips are suppose to get smaller?Can someone help answer this question.Thanks.

Plumb or bigger lips on a female are sexy and very attractive. I don't think they get smaller as you grow, your lips are proportional with the growth of your body. They say that the eyes are the ones that don't grow anymore. They seem to get smaller because your face is getting bigger. Could be the same reason for lipps?
