i have thesespots on the top of my back.....?

Question: they are dark, they are not spots they are like just little dots of colour, but they dissapered and have now come back anyone know what they are?

sounds like freckles....If these brown spots are freckles, to get rid of them you need to reduce exposure to the sun. Always, wear sunscreen daily, even if you are indoors (apparently)

if you are sure they are not freckles due to sun exposure you should probably go to the doctor when one next comes as this could be the makings of something far worse.....
