Has anybody ever got a b-12 shot? What is the going rate for it?

I used to get them at $20.00 but the liquid sublingual (under the tounge) is just as good and cheaper by far

Why not just take the liquid B complex?
The last time I took a b-12 shot it was $5. I personally saw no benefit so I stopped taking it.
