I need to lose weight FAST!! What is the best way??


Question:
I really need to lose weight fast to wear my swimsuit, I'm running and eating right, but I don't really see much difference, does anybody know any good way of losing some weight fast?

but really, the only way to go is the healthy way. Average weight loss should be no more that 2 pounds a week.
take water pilss and only eat fruit and veggies and no starches and alot of meat for a couple weeks
Eat lots of fresh foods, and excersize regularly. That's the ONLY healthy way to do it without gaining it all back and then some. Don't be fooled into buying diet pills, they DON'T work!
There is no good way to lose weight "fast"!!

The best is always a slow process, just like when you put it on, as a gradual slow process, so is taking it off.

Watch those calories, its the best way.

I heard a saying once, that made sense, and I thought it was pretty cool. (if I can remember it.hehe)

Eat like a king for breakfast, like a prince for lunch, and like a pauper for supper!

In other words, eat a large breakfast, a modest lunch, and a small supper (or dinner, whatever) for the last meal of the day.
work out in intravals
eat healthy 5 food groups
strange as it may sound but dont drink anything but watter. eat what you want but just drink watter and the weaight will come off fast. for faster results exercise also.
you could exercises like:run a mile,get a exercising machine,drink 26 cups of water everyday for a whole YEAR!

Keep doing what you are doing. You have to realize it will take just as long to lose pounds as it does to put them on. You will not see results over night. You may not even see them after a week or two. However, stick with what you are doing for 6 weeks, and that will gaurantee good healthy results. You will be likely to stick with your program and continue losing weight and get a better self image.

Drink LOTS of water.

It may sound counter intuitive to eat fat to lose weight. but it works.

Here is the real warning. DO NOT CHEAT.

If you have ANY simple carbohydrates or too much protein on this "fat fast", you will NOT lose weight, you will GAIN weight.

200 calories per meal - count them out. Use the suggested meals such as the Macadamia nuts, cream cheese, etc.

The best way to keep yourself thin is to eat only when you're hungry. I never eat when I'm not hungry. And also, I cut down on fat and sugar. The more fat and sugar you eat, the more your body wants it. If you are used to eating a lot of fat and sugar and decide to quit, prepare yourself that you will get serious cravings for a while, but hang in there, it will blow over! Once it is over, you will become less hungry! I mainly eat meat with salads or veggies and fruit inbetween meals. (It is healthy anyway!) And hardly any carbohidrates. Skip the french fries! Always! Don't cut down on the carbohidrates too much. I love pasta, but I limit mysef.

How to loose quickly? You will pick it up just as quickly if you don't change your eating habits. There aren't supposed to be a quick way, but starvation works. I don't mean the anorexic way, the above eating habit should work, you will feel starved anyway if you are not used to it. Just be prepared that you will get cravings and it might make you moody. There is unfortunately no miracle way. All the woman in my family are overweight except me, and I believe it is because of my eating habits.

Everybody has a daily routine.Your body responds to what your doing.Fast way?Take it slow instead.Prepare to sweat.Ready?
1.Eat first before doing the following
2.kitchen timer not a stopwatch(set for 15 minutes)
3.set of excersizes you do(push-ups,crunches or sit-ups/jumping jacks all in that order)
4.do as many of those excersizes in a controlled manner(meaning not like the tazmanian devil.lol) as possible in 15 minutes.
5.water up(i suggest a small amount or perhaps gatoraid)
6.go for your run
why?all of this?.in order to lose weight you need to get your body on a routine.Part of the routine is the waste your body produces.Going to sound wierd and excuse me but (poop).Once your body has food in it;one of the first things it does is find energy to burn from the body(fat).The sweat coming from your body is evidence that your body is working properly and is in"burning mode".It will burn fat off the body first because the food you just ate is not processed for storage.Your body will adjust to the routine and will include fats from the food you have eaten in future routines.Once your excersize routine is done;you will notice that you will have to void(bathroom) shortly afterward.The downside is this way takes time.5 weeks you should have lost up to 15 pounds.No weight rollercoastering(lose weight/gain weight).Just maintain a routine
You can lose the weight and feel lousy and look great in a swimsuit..or this way and feel great in a bikini towards the end of July.
P.S. Your run should be at least 12 minutes.(now use a stop watch.lol)
