depends on how much you smoked/ate. but i'd say two weeks to a month would clean you out pretty well. to be safe, though, i'd drink a lot of cranberry juice and water before my test, and take a sauna a few days before.

You can speed it out of your system by doing lots of excersizes that make you sweat, and drinking plenty of water. If you only used it once, about a week theoretically. If you used it a few times, theoretically it is about a month. This is very ironic, because the one drug that is the least harmful is the one that takes the longest to get clean from.

Your hair can retain a record as well as fingernails. As they grow the "line" recorded moves further towards the ends so if the "drug test" uses hair it can show up for some time 60 or possably 90 days.this type test is not as commonly done unless "they want to establish a patern of use or realy searching for the use. If used only one time and small amount you have little to worry about.
