Thunder thighs run in my family. Here we go. Lay flat on your right or left side, next hand under your head the other hand put on your waist. If on right side lift left leg in the air count to 15, lower your leg and repeat two times. Then same leg lift half as high as before do three reps counting to 15 each time. Again same leg even lower repeat the above. Do two times each day.
