Why do we Crack Knuckles and fingers?
Question:
Answers:
I've heard this explination but I can't garuntee it's true. A certain amount of gas builds up oninside your knuckles and by cracking them you relieve the pressure of that gas
Other Answers:
cause it makes them feel better, like looser or something
too much -- i don't think so!
caus eit feels sooooooo gooooood we just get bored and knuckles get sore is a relief feels good
because they just want to see if they still do like try now
supposedly it is popping air bubbles in you joints or something like that. I've heard people say it is bad for your joints, but I've also heard that the worst it can do is maybe stretch out your cartilage a little.
it feels good and it gives a slightly greater range of flexibility. The only negative effects proven so far seems to be a slightly reduced grip strength when you are old. It does not harm you in any way.
i'm not sure why we do it, but the whole thing about it being bad for you is a myth, it doesn't harm you.
