scalp problem HELLP?

Question: sorry to ask such a Gross Q i am very shy and don't talk to people bought it. I am a 24 yerold M with long ish blond hair. I have small lumps on my scalp oozing puss. They don't itch after I Wash my scalp but if i rinse before washing lots of White stuff comes of my scalp my hair gets VERY greasy one day after washing just where the spots are . I have had this problem for 18 months just keep washing my hair in the hope it will fix its self . is there anything i can do to stop it its getting painful i used detol disinfectont aloe jojoba head and sholders i dont have dandruff because when i rub my hair nothing comes off I wosh my hair every 2-3 days use cleen beding once every 4 weeks plees hellp i dont wona go to the dactor i am a bit shy i live in the uk
