if you are over 4 and a half feet tall then definitly... You should be around 80-100 depending on size. Im 14, 5 foot 4inches and 120 pounds... And im considered light. So eat up and work out, unless you are small.

It really depends on how tall you are. When I was in the sixth grade (12 yrs old or so) I was barely four feet tall. I weighed exactly 59 lbs. In fact, I didnt break five feet or 100 lbs until I was 16. As long as you are eating healthy and your doctor is not concerned, I wouldn't worry.

First of all. At 12 yrs old your body inside is still maturing and your brain as well and I dont mean that in a bad sense. Teenagers brains are still growing and forming that's why they call it the crazy horomones. going from a child into a teenager.
At your age. I would ask your parents, and I would also ask your Dr. what they think.
Their is too much hype on top models and barbie doll figures now days. Be youirself. for when I was young yes I wanted that too, but then later yrs I paid for htat for my body wasn't working right. Please check with your Dr. about dieting. Crash diets dont work.

Yes it DOES depend on how tall you are. If you're quite short, then it might be fine, but still check on it.
