It depends where the pain is coming from and where the pain sensations are and going. Did you fall on your bum? If the pain does not disipate after a few days see a doctor.
It depends on how much pain you are in. If it is small amount, just go to a clinic, if it is almost unbearable go to the hospital.
I have back problems as well and I am 19. I go to the chiropractor and to massage therapy. They help a lot.
