If you suspect you have an appendicitis, get thee to a hospital, pronto.
sharp pain in the side, and u wouldnt be able to walk cause of the pain.
there will be unbearable pain & u can see the swelling on ur appendix side
Obviously, go to the doctor!! And one more ting - it won't get better. Once they start hurting, it won't stop. So if the pain doesn't go away - get ready.

My grandfather when he was in the army, had this pain. But there was no anasthetic. So he waited for it. for 2 weeks. Still no anasthetic. So he told the doctor to cut it out without it. It was scary ****. But no choice - because once the yellow stuff brakes out and contaminates the organs, you are in a much deepter troublle. AS said, this is lethal stuff. Go to doctor!

Better be safe then sorry = not a better time to say this.
If it is about to explode you'll probably be in the most intense pain you've ever experienced unless you've had Kidney stones. If the pain fades to a dull ache, get to the hospital because it has just ruptured.
might not feel it but also it could feel like someone is stabbing you with an ice pick with no blood spilling out
