Yuck, I had the same problem. For the first two days of my cycle evry month I was immobilised for 3 hours in pain when I got up in the morning. It really affected my life. I went on the pill and they are much better now. I tried everythng else before that and the only thing that helped a little was taking ibuprofen before I got up and laying still til it took effect.

my friend cuddles a hotwaterbottle to her lower abdomen for period pain. with hot water in it, of course.
I am familiar with this myself. a very hot bath with lots of chocolate and a big steak and some aspirin. after going for a long walk or a violent video game to get out all the repressed anger that surfaces
If you are serious and not just being dramatic in order to be able to use the imagery of the slide and the razor blades then I would suggest using St. Johns Wort regularly if it is a PMS/emotional thing as well as Black Cohosh during the week before your period and for the duration of your period. By regular use of St. Johns Wort I mean 1000 to 1500 mg every day.it'll even out your moods. For the cramps I find that Midol Cramp formula is the best.it even makes my feet not hurt. Estroven is something that you could try for PMS as well.it's an all natural thing and I find that I use it at least a couple times per year. Generally it is for menopause but I find that it helps really well with PMS.
If they are really bad I would talk to your doctor about it because there are solutions such as taking birth control which will make your periods shorter/lighter I have heard. Also taking Advil or Midol can help with the cramping, and I also used a heating pad when I had bad cramps.
Okay, well I use heat pads. They have portable ones now. that heat up when you open the package, and it sticks right inside your panty and no one can tell. Also midol or tylonal works for me.
And if its that bad and you've tried everything else go to your doctor. There is this condition, i forget what its called. what happens is your women organs are.crooked. And the menstral is flowing back a little causing alot more pain then just a regular menstral pain, so you'd have to get surgery to fix that. Basically they just re-align you.yeah it makes u sound like a piece of machinery but thats basically what it is. You could be born with this condition or it can happen after you've had a few kids, heavy exercise, or just b/c of sex. Its no big deal but its just extra painful.
See below site for immediate help with this. Years ago they thought cancer and being fat was all genetic and had nothing to do with diet.
You can reverse what is happening to you. But no amount of money can help you with this. You must make a sacrifice just like those who want to lose weight have to.
