Do not take synthetic hormonal replacement. Soya Isoflavone and Calcium pills are best. Also take vit E, multivitamins regularly. There has been some research regarding COQ10 and rose hips in Vit c. The only way to stay symptom free of menopause is to exercise regularly, keep a healthy diet, take natural vitamins only.
If it is your time and you are at that age there is not much you can do! If however you are younger then it's some kind of hormonal abnormality. There is a treatment for people with early menopause that is targeting on balancing the hormone levels.
If you are ok but just scared of it, then don't smoke, eat healthy, exercise. These will help delay your menopause a bit
Ask your doctor as well!
I don't know if it is menopause but judging from your questions page you are asking a lot of questions related to your health. I would suggest the opposite. Relax, maybe after a good work out or after your favorite meal and savor life. Currently my wrist, back and left foot are very sore and I am able to block out most of the pain just by relaxing and thinking about other things. It is part of the aging process.
