If not, they should! Excellent question. I don't think it should stop there either. I was at Disneyland last weekend and it was 104 degrees! They charge almost $3 for a bottle of water, and there are a limited amount of drinking fountains around - the water isn't very cold in those. We dropped so much money on water. I think they have a responsibility to provide ice water to people that have paid so much to get in - who wants a bunch of customers with heat stroke?!? - thanks for letting me rant.
