Does anyone out there know where we can get a couple of examining tables donated for a free medical clinic?

Reach out to local hospitals and doctors' offices. Let them know you are looking, and if they are replacing any or disposing of any, i'm sure they would be more than happy to donate them to you.

Try U.S. Military auctions. The sell a lot of medical stuff really cheep.
Damn, if you were able to aquire a "free" medical clinic, tables should be easy.
