Answers:
A lot of exercise and healthy eating. Just try to improve what you eating. Like stay away from stuff you shouldnt eat. We shouldnt eat fast food, chips, french fries, pizza. Although that all of that stuff is good and is ok to eat every once in a while it shouldnt be your whole diet. Your diet should consist of more vegetables, whole grains, protien, fiber, etc.

Balance. Don't deprive yourself of anything, just have it in moderation. I am a vegetarian. My diet consists of fruit, vegetables, fish, whole grains and dairy. I eat ice cream, but only once a week. I eat candy, but not regularly. I seem to maintain okay.

Hi, I have lost 60lbs (24 kgs) since January without exercise. The trick is to keep your insulin levels as low as possible by avoiding carbohydrates and eating more protein and having a minimum of 5 hours between meals with no snacks. Insulin lowers your blood sugar and prevents the metabolism of fat and protein. Low blood sugar results in hunger, protein does not stimulate your appetite. The foods to avoid AT ALL COSTS are:- Potatoes, pasta, rice, bread, beer, onions, peas, carrots, pumpkin, parsnip, beetroot, breakfast cereal, sugar, baked goods, porridge, desert, fast /processed food, dried fruit and pastry. Foods to eat VERY sparingly are fruit, olive oil, nuts and milk. No marg or butter. You should have more eggs, lean meat, skinless chicken, fish, cheese and yogurt. Lots of salad, mushrooms and green leafy veggies. If you increase your protein at the expense of carbs you will not feel hungry. Drink at least 2 litres of water a day. Good luck, Jules, Australia.

I think a healthy body is one that is muscular and functioning properly. If you have high energy and you eat healthy, and you feel good aobut yourself, then I think that is a healthy body.
