Sore raw looking throat with phlem
queesy sometimes
loss of appitite
Weekness/fatige{spelled wrong}
tired
100-102 degree farenheight tempature on and off
I have given her over the counter medicine {tylenol}every 4-6 hours sometimes that lowers her tempature sometimes not.
What could this be and how can we fix this?
PS she just woke up this morning not feeling well.and i don't wanna hear anything about doctors please.and she is 12 years old.

She has the flu -- drink lots of liquids, alternate tylenol and ibuprofin (if not allergic) every 4 hrs and let her sleep. to bring down the fever, use cool wash rags on her neck and head. If it's not better in 3-5 days or she can't/won't drink - go to the Dr. If she has pain in the lower right abdomen, see a Dr anyway , could be appendicitis.

I know you don't wanna do this but she REALLY needs to go to a doctor. It would definitely be in her best interest b/c her illness sounds like something only a doctor could fix. I hope she gets better!
First of all, STOP giving her tylenol. It is very toxic to the liver & will do more harm than good, if you insist on breaking her fever use aspirin (but to be honest, letting her fever remain will help clear her infection faster).
What color is her sputum when she coughs it up?
How long has this been going on? It sounds like the flu. Give it a couple of days. If it prostist or get worse then bring her to the doctors. Keep giving her tylenol to help reduce her temp. and give her lots of fuilds. Try small snacks like crackers or toast. She probably has the flu or a serious cold virus. Make sure you give her lots of juice or water and lots of rest. Don't feed her anything with sugar in it. If she's not better in 2 days, THEN maybe call the doctor. She just has a virus!
