around bed time, try to relax your mind by sitting back and read a couple of pages of a book. as soon as i lie down, throw everything outta your mind so u can concentrade on resting! trust me, ur mind actually rests when there's nothing on your mind!
Just close your eyes and try too hard to sleep, and also don't try to concentrate on sleeping, because then you won't. Also try to eat a lot of warm food. Drink warm milk before you go to bed. If it continues, speak to a doctor about it.
