too skinny?


Question:
i eat ALOT and i work out alittle, walk everyday blah blah blah.WHY AM I SO SKINNY! when pple first see me they think i hav an eating disorder! and i hate it!.i need some really GOOD advise..dont say eat alot or go to the gym cause i cant go to the gym so i hav to do it at home so mabye u could give me some excersices or somthing.and the pple that kno me the best kno i eat alot! so dont say i need to eat! lol i get enough of that thanks!

Answers:
you have a hot burning fast metabolisem, enjoy it while you are young but remember that it will slow as you age. eat a balanced died and get plenty of fat (in reasonable amounts) with your body you will burn all your carbs quickly and if there is no fat available you will start to use protien, not healty long term.
fat is GOOD for you if you have your condition it will give you energy long term.

ps. i hate you and all your skinny kind! ;-P

get with a nutritionist or your dr. - they can get you on a gain weight plan that will help - its all about eating the right things and when you eat them
