Answers:
Ignore Letmetell--he is just trying to scare you. Yes, you have heat rash. It can be uncomfortable. Not to offend you or anything- but it is caused from friction, ie. parts of your body rubbing together or clothing rubbing on your body. I used to get it, too, years ago. When I was a teen, I had it, and the doctor told me to use Desitin (yes the diaper rash stuff!!) he said that it forms a barrier against the friction and moisture, and that way it can heal. You don't have to use that brand- but basically, you want that type of cream to use as a barrier wherever your rash is. Once you start using cream on it, it heals up pretty quickly.

Other Answers:
you have a sexual disease.. go see you doctor quick!
it may be a heat rash.. but if you want to make sure go to your doctor
Could be a heat rash or shingles. See a doctor
It sounds like a heat rash or from sweat. Maybe try powder to keep dry.
put some ice on it or something really cold
It can be one of 2 things: Heat Rash or scabies. I would go to a doctor to have it properly diagnosed. if you would like to find out for sure, powder yourself with talcum pwder and wait 24-48 hours. If they go away, then it's heat rash. If pimples appear and are sore to the touch, or the rash spreads, it's probably scabies and you will need to go to the doctor.
poision ivy?
too much calcium in your diet?
wild hot rug burning interludes?
are your thighs rubbing together?
may just be a heat rash, do you shave down there, maybe razor burn, or maybe you have contracted some weird std
You have a simple heat rash. Some Gold Bond powder should help. If it persists go see a Doctor and you'll get a prescription cream.
Noxema is a good way to cool down your heat rash when you have time at home to relax. If possible don't wear any underwear and apply baby powder.
so I'm pretty sure that its just a simple rash
like a heat rash
sometimes if your legs rub together in the heat
they will chafe
and produce little red bumps
just use baby powder when wearing jeans, skirts, and shorts
it helps
but if it doesnt you may have a serious rash
then go to the doctors obviously.
