Has anybody had an "out of body experience"?

Question: Have you ever been close to death and floated above your body and looked down upon yourself?
I would love to hear about this, because it has happened to me...

Yes, but I wasn't close to death. I was on peyote. My mother had one when she almost died on the operating table, so I am a big believer.
