I smoke a lot , does somebody know any medicine which can filter my lungs?

you can't filter your lungs, as you inhale the smoke your lungs get ruined in the process, its too late for them. the best thing to do is quit. if anything make sure your cigi has a good filter on it, but even still the chemicals that you will inhale will destroy your aveoli and there is no going back after that

Theres no way you can filter jet fuel from yoour lungs. And yes Jet fuel is found in ciggarettes. So just quit.
