Help theres a bump on my face any help?

Question: Help there is a bump on my face near my ear. It is hard and its not like a black head its like a bump. Can anyone tell me what I can do or what triggered it?

They are harmless, it sounds like that, but as a nurse, I would advise you to get it checked out if in doubt, just in case, better safe than sorry.

sounds like an "ingrown" cyst. If it's wicked painful, there is nothing you can do but let it run it's course. Try a hot pack, or Zapzit or anything benzoyle in it. If they continue, you should see a dermatologist.

Good luck, those kind of zits really hurt.
