Any advises for a nose allergy or inflammation (catarrh)? It is killing me really.?

Question:
For more than 15 years, I have a terrible runny nose and inflammation in the nose and eyes. The case starts often after getting up from my bed not only in the morning but when I go to bed at the afternoon for example. I have a blocked holes of my nose -sometimes one of them only- and the nasal mucus starts running with several sneezes (around 5-8). I have to clear my nose and to have itching in the upper ceiling of my nose and tearing eyes. The case lasts for more than two hours especially at the morning and it increases in the summer more than the winter. Sometime, I have blood running from my nose while clearing my nose of mucus and with a slight pain. Also, during doing my exercises and putting my head in the floor (like a prostration) I find difficulties in breathing from my nose. I have right now a black spot under my eyes and I do not know if the problem is related to my nose. Thank you for any medical advises.

Try nasal irrigation. I was a skeptic at first, but although it sounds weird at first, Europeans and Asians have been doing it for thousands of years. Using a special nasal pot, you use a normal saline solution to cleanse your nasal passages. Look in your local health food store for a "Neti" pot, or a product called "Sinucleanse" Initial cost for pot is around $20, saline is free, as you make it using water and a little bit of salt, or you can purchase premixed packets. Works within minutes, cleaning passages, relieving pain, and relieving allergy symptoms. Plastic pots are better than ceramic, as the ceramic ones have a tendency to crack easily in my experience. Love the product.
