what are the side effects of xanax? Is valium safer to take? as far as less side effects.?

Question:

Answers:
I was addicted to xanax and the side effects for going off it was vomiting several times a day for 6 weeks. Lorazepam (Adivan) is the best for mental health. I've been taking it for years and it calms your nerves without dragging you down. I started taking it for chest pains due to stress and now I also take it for relief of nervousness. I don't have any side effects.

"hard grinder?"...
If you are just having problems with your nerves, I would suggest Adivan. It's less adictive, and a doctor would only start you out with 1/2 a milligram. It does the trick. I have been taking them for years. Chills ya out just enough, anf doesn't make you sleepy or feel "drugged".
Allergic reactions such as difficulty breathing, closing of your throat, swelling of your lips, face or tongue; or hives. Sores in the mouth or throat. Yellowing of the skin or eyes. Rashes. Hallucinations or severs confusion. Changes in your vision. Drowsiness, dizziness, clumsiness, depression, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, difficulty urinating, headaches, dry mouth - do you want me to go on! Valium is no better. If you are depressed try wearing some yellow clothing, sit in the full sun, do something for yourself. Stop relying in the doctors and their chemicals to make you better, they do not get to the root of your problems rather they just put a band aid on.
