Excedrine Migraine works really well, but it can tear up your stomach if you take it frequently.Make sure to eat something before you take it. 2 aspirin,2 tylenol, and 4+ hours of sleep

the usual tylenol, ibuprofen, or aspirin.
home remedies..sleep

plain old tylenol has always worked for me. i usually take two, eat a small bite of chocolate, and take a nap if i have time. usually works like a charm. im sorry, i really dont know.
i usuall just take bout 4 asprin and lay down.

I always drank something warm like tea or coffee, or something that'll relax you like whiskey 2 aspirin with water, and some rest.

Caffine can help.

You will be surprised by the remedy i'm going to suggest. You dont need any medicines. Just gulp down a bottle of Gatorade, any kind of headache will disappear in moments. It really works.

try to figure out the reason for the headache 1st. dehydration, noise, to much light. I just made my daughter drink 3 cups of water for her headache.

I find that dehydration is usually the cause of headaches for her in the summer especially.

Over the counter stuff, we use acetaminophen.

asprin and sleep I've always been told if you have a headache you should try drinking water. a good OTC med is Excedrin.

lavender oil, water, rest, it really depends on the severity of the headache, sometimes theres no alternative to pills

Most medications for headaches have caffeine in them.
Try coffee or a soda .
Or this may sound silly but it works. Put your tongue on the roof of your mouth mid way. I told someone this in here and got best answer. They said it worked for them and it works for me.

vicks vapor rub and a heating pad that helps my mom alot. Just some of the real basics . . . get a good night's sleep, everynight. Increase your water intake. Determining what is causing the headaches will help to determine what remedies can help. Allergies? Worth trying to find out the cause to then determine if hot/cold therapy would be beneficial.
Massage can also help quite a bit!

Honestly I have bad headaches. The best thing you can do is run your head under your bath faucet and have the water on cold. It will be shocking at first cause its cold, but allow yourself to relax and let your head be under there for 60sec. Then air dry your hair and find something that relaxes you to keep any tension or pressure down. I promise you it works.

Well I like to take Advil but that is only when I am not at home or don't have time.

But the best thing for me to do is just lay down with all the music and lights turned off and just take a long nap.

Usually if you let go of all the stress it should go away.

I just take a midol (because it has two kinds of pain reliever and caffeine in it) or one tylenol and one motrin with caffeinated pop, and go to sleep for about an hour if I can. One of the best home remedies is some relaxation , rest, and a good massage.
