the best way to relieve of stress is to either forget it and go to bed or device a way to solve it .

If you are trying to reduce the stress, first I would think you would have to identify the stress. Once you do that then determine what would reduce it, and set goals and plans in place to achieve that reduction.
You may want to check out www.hufa.org, especially the symptoms page of to see if your body is causing some stresses that you may be unaware of, contributing to your whole problem.
If you feel stress, sleep. That's my way to un-stress..lol
