Adequate exercise, Vegetarian home food at right times and in adequate quantity, strictly avoid Tobacco, Drinks-Drugs, Good thinking based on non-violence, truth,avoiding hatred and prayers to your own GOD for at least 20 minutes a day!
avoid eatingcaffinated products,take lots of fluids, exercise ,take ur nap ,fruits and vegetables ,avoid junk foods .then above all,have peace of mind,always do things that makes u happy.
you could try excercise!!
