the tear ducts dont really work till the baby is somwhere over 6months old.

maybe the tear ducts are too small? my little one only has tears occasionally...
It depends on what it wants. If it is hurting or in pain usually it does. But, if the baby is trying to get across that he/she wants something they usually don't shead tears. A baby is not always in pain when it cries.
their tearducts havent opened up yet. lol.
my friends tearducts were still closed till she was like 4 so for a while she like didnt cry haha
