Low electrolytes,
Try eating banana's, getting some foods rich in potassium.
Drink some Gatorade.

Good luck and hope it helps.
you might need more potassium in your diet.if you don't wear shoes alot ,that's not good.you need a supportive shoe or sneaker to wear all day.
Restless Legs Syndrome?
Could be bad circulation, but it sounds to me like you may need to revisit your doctor and get back in those shoes again, you should be done growing.
Could be a magnesium deficiency or it could be as simple as the shoes you are wearing. Ask your doctor.
Cramping is a sign of dehydration. It usually means you're just not getting enough fluids. Drink lots of water and non-carbonated drinks. Stay away from high sodium drinks. Good luck
My husband has flat feet. He complains about his back hurting, but no cramps. Your probably low in Potassium. Try eating bananas or taking a Potassium supplement. If this doesn't help, you may want to see a doctor.
