What's the safest way to cook potatoes in the Microwave?

I read that plastic wrap leaks bad things into your potatoes and that
paper towels have bleach in them that I thought was safe, but now I'm not so sure.

HOW ABOUT A PAPER PLATE AND A PAPER TOWEL IS SAFE. I CANT SEE THEM PUTTING BLEACH IN A PAPER TOWEL THAT IS FOOLISH
Just put them in a microwave safe glass dish. Make sure you perferate the potato with holes so the steam can escape, otherwise you might have to clean potato out of you microwave.
put them on a plate and poke them with a fork a few times to creat a few little holes .
my grandma has always wrapped them in wax paper
put em in and turn em on
For 20 years I have wrapped my potatoes in saran wrap and put them on a plate in the microwave. Has not hurt me yet.
(The best way is to cut 2 slits in the top and insert butter and onion pieces, wrap with saran wrap and cook til done. Best thing you have ever tasted!)
