breast reduction why so much in this country?

in this counrty to have breast reduction it cost aprox five and a hallf grand in prauge its under three why?

Everything in this country for cosmetic purposes seems to be very expensive, some say that's the price you pay for vanity, but that is very unfair as some women are very conscious of there boob size and it has such a psychological effect on their life's, maybe if you could recommend a safe and legal person for breast reduction then some of the women here might consider the lower cost to themselves financially in Prague.

Maybe because of better Doctors? Lots of things can affect the cost of the same procedure in different areas.

Breast reduction should be shunned and made a sin like murder.
Who ever heard anyone say, well I look good but would look so much better with smaller breasts!?

Because all these operations are costed at the cost the people doing the op feel is appropriate, to have the op in Prague, you have to travel there, stay somewhere, have the op, then stay somewhere to recuperate, so the cost of the op is increased by those figures. There may be some differences in quality of surgeons etc, but not sure about this as they are also in the EU. There have been a few programmes recently on TV about the problems associated with haveing cosmetic surgery abroad.

you can get it free on the NHS if it is affecting your health my friend had it done she had huge knockers b4 shes still big now but at least her back ache has subsided.

because all places are different with things like this they can charge as much as they like as you are going Private
