just be honest. you know the interviewers are going to hear 'because i want to help people' a billion times for every single person being interviewed. so if you do want to help people, then say so. if you want to be different, tell them that you have always had an interest in medicine, but never felt the desire to become a doctor because you feel like they arent very hands-on, and you feel that becoming a nurse will not only allow you to be involved with medicine, but it will also allow you to have the hands on interaction with people that youre looking for.
