whats the difference?

Question:
i dont know the difference between blacking out, passing out and fainting. do you? im just wondering

Answers:
Passing out and fainting are basically the same thing but a black out is when your brain for some reason blocks your memory of certain period of time. Blackouts often happen to people after drinking. If these are happening to you frequently then you should see a doctor as it could be a sign of a serious problem.

NO FUN AT ALL!!

Passing out and fainting are the same. blacking out is kind of like when you're closing your eyes- but you're not, after words, most people feel dizzy. blacking out can generaly be caused by trauma and lack of oxygen passing out is like when you drink to much and wake up in the loo with your head in it as for fainting for example is you cut yourself and see blood or somthing that gives you the creeps

Blacking Out is sudden may be due to some sudden instictive cause like a hit in head..fainting can be due to bodily reactions, body uncoping with envt.,weather or due to some mental struggle..like that ..i haven;t heard of passing out..

they are all the same

As far as I know blacking out entails being pyshically awake and not have conscious thought.as in being too drunk to really be there mentally. Passing out is like you are so drunk that you just suddenly fall asleep (where as blacking out you're still awake to other people but you don't remember it). And then fainting is just like you suddenly fall unconscious for no reason (like you're not drunk or anything) your brain just turns your body off for no reason. I hope that made sense. Best wishes
