sore muscle/bad back?

Question: is there anything to make a sore muscle/back feel better? cuz i was laying with mycats and i pull the left side of myback and now it hurts to lay down and it is realy sore

lie down in a salt bath .whirlpool if available.trust me i know a lot about sore muscles.when you almost gallop on a horse bareback in tight circles, you get a lot of experience about sore muscles and backs.
