don't get sick but i am told if u drink a big amount of water it might help. but only if the amount in your body is fairly low already. unfortunately thc stays in your system up to a month or more. I would drink at least a half gallon of liquid before u go.

You are going to FAIL! There is nothing that will help.
you can't, THC can stay in the body for several weeks as it dissolves in the fatty tissues. It will be detected quite certainly in your case. There is no way of beating the system, so why not admit it at the start, might get you brownie points. Usual clearance is 2-3 days occasional user, 1-2 weeks regular user and 3-4 weeks for a heavy user, but it can be detected for up to 6 weeks in a heavy user if they should fast or take excessive excercise before the test as fat is metabolised and could release enough to give a positive result. Drinking huge amounts of liquid will NOT help as if the urine is dilute it is classed as adulterated, and a test fail.
