how do i grow taller?

i am 15 and 5,2 and i want to be at least around 5,8 in maybe 3 years? does anyone know of any kind of streches, what kind of food to eat, web sites that could help me and don't give me any of your still young you will grow bull sh*it. if someone would give me some really good answers i would apprecite it.

Why do you want to grow so badly? What's wrong with being 'short'? There is really no such thing as short.
Take growth hormones.
Eat Healthy. Fruit Meat Grain Vegetables. You are still growing. When you turn 19, then worry about your height.
I can't tell you what you want to hear. It is genetic. Pls don't go taking drugs because they make your body grow unevenly, and will not help. Work on your confidence.
hi..all u need 2 do is 2 drink good quantity of milk and have dry fruits n as far as exercise is concerned.... stand erect on ur toes wid your hand stretched upwards...balance it well..do this 4 about 5 to 10mins.. n i am sure this will work..n ya....u can grow in ur height till u r 21 so dont worry!

Just like a plant, water your feet, stand still for a couple of hours and listen to music… plants grow, why shouldn't you?
There are some special types of footwear that send magnetic impulses up your legs and make you grow taller.

You'll probably hit that height easily.
Well you have to make sure you eat more calories than your body needs. But don't over do it or you'll end up overweight. The other main thing is get LOTS of sleep. That's when you're body grows.

There are rumors that jumping (ie. playing basketball and volleyball) and swimming can also help. But I don't think there is any scientific evidence.

But in the end genetics play a lot.
I heard swiming help since you are constantly stretching. Not sure how true it is though.
