Whiteheads on breats?

Question: I am a male. I have whiteheads on my breats. I can pop them and I am scared that that could be a sign of breats cancer, what do you think?

Listen - I'm not teasing or hassling you. I'm asking you a legitimate question. How old are you?

The reason I ask is because I hit puberty very early. I started shaving when I was eleven. I was the first to get acne and it has never completely gone away although it has lessened.

At first, it started at my forehead and high on my face. As I got older, the acne seemed to move down my body. First to my lower face and then my neck and then down into my chest, pects (man breasts if you will) and finally into my stomach and abdomen.

This still occurs despite the fact that I am over 50. I use antibacterial soap and I wash often. It's just something I live with.
